How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on subscription orders over £40. Below that, standard tracked delivery is charged at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in the UK and Ireland. We pack every order ourselves from Werewolf Food HQ.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Totally flexible, no lock-in.

Can I skip, swap or pause my subscription?

Yes. Log in to your account and you can skip a delivery, swap recipes, change how often you get food or pause any time.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel from your account at any time. No fees, no fuss. We would love to know why so we can do better.

When will I be charged?

You are charged when each order is created, a few days before it ships. You will get an email reminder before every renewal.

Is your food vet approved?

All our recipes are developed with vets. They are hypoallergenic, grain free and made without artificial colours, preservatives or cereal fillers.

Do you have food for puppies and seniors?

We do. We have recipes and kibble sizes for every life stage, from puppies to golden oldies, plus options for sensitive tummies.

Can I try before I subscribe?

Sorry about that. Send us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement straight out.
