Delivery Information
We deliver fresh, natural dog food across the UK, Ireland and the Islands. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery is a flat fee per order, however many bags you add — so it's cheaper to order together. Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Great Britain (mainland)
England, Scotland and Wales, excluding the Highlands and Islands.

Subscriptions
Delivery on subscription orders is charged at the same rates as one-off orders and is added to each renewal.
Good to know
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Delivery times start from dispatch, not from when you place your order.
- The Taster Menu is free — you only pay the small-order delivery charge for your area.
